Submit your enquiry first
Complete our comprehensive quotation form before sending your required video survey. The form records your contact details, property access, belongings and moving-day arrangements. A video walkthrough then helps us assess volume and prepare an accurate quotation.
Film a clear walkthrough
Film slowly enough for furniture and belongings to be clear. Show each room, larger pieces and the contents of cupboards or wardrobes that need moving. Include lofts, garages, sheds, outbuildings and outdoor items. Tell us what is staying behind.
Show access and special items
Include stairs, lifts, narrow doors, entrances, outside steps and the likely parking position. Show heavy, oversized, fragile and unusual belongings. Include both collection and delivery access where available.
Several shorter videos are welcome
You can send several short recordings instead of one long video. Avoid showing identity documents or private details unrelated to the move. We do not ask you to upload video through the enquiry form or this website.
Send your video separately
Send via WhatsApp on 07977 93 00 93, or upload to Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox or a cloud provider you already use and email a sharing link to info@ravenhillremovals.co.uk. Check that our team has permission to view the files. Include your enquiry reference if available; no particular cloud account is required.

Choose the corresponding option on the quotation form. If you would prefer to discuss the survey first, tell us and we can talk through the next step. Receiving an enquiry or a video does not confirm a booking; the service and arrangements are agreed separately.
