Business & office removals
Plan the next chapter for your business.
From furniture and equipment to labelled boxes and filing, a business move needs a clear plan. Discuss your priorities, access and preferred schedule with our team.

Start with an inventory
List desks, chairs, cabinets, equipment and any items requiring specialist handling. Identify what will move, what will stay and what needs to be ready first at the new premises.
Coordinate the practical details
Tell us about loading areas, lifts, building access arrangements and the people responsible at each end. Timing and any out-of-hours requirements should be agreed as part of your quotation.
Packing and protection
Discuss packing and furniture reassembly before booking. Make separate arrangements for data backups, disconnection and recommissioning of specialist systems unless these are explicitly included in your agreed scope.

Keep the working day in mind
Explain which areas or departments must be usable first. If your site has loading-bay booking windows, security procedures, delivery slots or restricted lift use, include those requirements in your initial enquiry.
Equipment and responsibilities
Confirm who will disconnect and reconnect computers and other equipment, and whether anything needs secure handling. We can discuss moving furniture and boxed contents, but technical decommissioning must be separately agreed.
Before you book
Review the written quotation, service inclusions, timing, access arrangements and applicable terms. Ask about insurance and any exclusions for your particular items.
Let’s get your next move moving.
A few details now can make moving day feel much clearer. Tell us what you need.
